The property was clean and located on a quiet street. It truly offered the reprieve I needed after weeks of travelling for work. I strongly suggest this property!!
Perfect place to stay in Takoma Park. We liked the size, layout and neighborhood. The back deck is another nice feature also. We definitely hope to stay there again in the future.
The location was convinient, offers easy access to major attraction around national mall. Property was clean, well-maintained, and acurately reflected the listing photos. Shanon was very responsive and responded quickly in our text. We would definitely consider booking this property again for the future visit in D.C.!

Attended a training in a nearby neighborhood. Perfect location to walk to all my needs. Comfortable place to relax at night.
I have stayed here several times now. Pictures are exactly what it looks like. Owner is super responsive and respectful. The place is very clean. It is perfect for what I need and I will return for sure. Thank you S!
Property was pretty much as listed, although laundry wasn’t accessible because code didn’t work. Neighborhood felt safe and was near restaurants and groceries. It is at least 40 minutes to the city as the metro line was closed at this time.
This is a clean one-bedroom apartment that was perfect for a couple. The entrance is up a set of steps. The bed and furniture was comfortable. Be prepared to use your own TV account if you’re interested. Shannon, the owner, was responsive and friendly. Could have provided a toaster oven for the kitchen. Thanks Shannon for a comfortable stay.
Didn't stay long, Wednesday and Thursday night, internet was TRASH, nice place and neighborhood though, if you need to be productive and work while you stay here you WILL be frustrated with the internet.
Perfect apartment for 1 or 2 that was a nice quiet refuge for me after long days taking care of family. The kitchen had everything I could need and then some. Shannon was very responsive to the one small problem I had. Visitors with physical limitations should know that the outside stairs are a bit challenging with a large suitcase.
The property was spot on with what we were looking for. Convenient to Metro station (about 2 miles away with ample parking and only about 15 minute ride to the DC National Mall stops) and also close to food/restaurants. On-street parking was not an issue even though we were there during Freedom250/4th of July celebrations. The only downside was that the mini-split AC struggled to keep the entire apartment cool which was understandable since the temps and heat index were at record highs (above 100-110 degrees) for most of our stay. However, the unit was located in the bedroom so sleeping in a nice comfortable room was not an issue. Would definitely stay again if/when we are in the area.
This is an adorable little space in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and modern with a full kitchen, TONS of tea, and a lot of really thoughtful touches. I'll definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in the area!
