With a large entrance opening onto a woody palm tree ground and a perfect lawn, the luxurious rental villa Sand Club is one of the most outstanding properties in St. Barths, and among the most impressive beachfront villas located on the Flamands Beach. This modern colonial-style mansion is a true treasure, an ode to dreams and relaxation. The villa Sand Club is built on several pavilions while the main house is built on two levels.

The very contemporary living room features expansive sofas and armchairs with blue-sprinkled cushions: a perfect setup for spending delicious moments listening to the sound of the waves. In an oceanic atmosphere coming with white walls and a very refined decoration, while the shutters filter Saint-Barth’s light, all is quiet and soothing. The magnificent indoor dining room table made of white wood will be the perfect spot for your delicious gastronomic moments. At the back of the living room, the perfectly designed and equipped kitchen is a heaven place for preparing meals or calling upon a private chef. The view over the main alley planted with palm trees provides a great feeling of perfect space symmetry. In the bungalow at the back, a second modern living room is dedicated to entertainment for movie nights and relaxation.

Facing the beach, the large terrace extends over a wooden deck with a superb long heated swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a day-bed with curtains whenever you wish to have a rest under the ajoupa. On the other side of the pool, a spacious gazebo is set up with a dining table for pleasant outdoor evenings. A private access leads you to the beach of Flamands from this exceptional terrace.

The luxurious villa Sand Club has six large air-conditioned suites, furnished with king or queen-size beds, canopies, curtains and cushions, all in a cozy atmosphere. On the upper level of the villa, there is a master suite with a private balcony. Two bedrooms are located at the back of the storey, one of which can accommodate four children on bunk beds. Three other suites are located in independent bungalows and open directly onto the terrace, providing guests utmost privacy. A building located at the entrance of the villa has three bedrooms and a kitchenette, ideal for teenagers or staff.
