The fully-equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for convenient at-home meals, while the spacious outdoor deck, equipped with a propane grill, offers a serene and tranquil ambiance. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Ascend the stairs to discover two additional bedrooms featuring a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds (accommodating a total of four beds), along with another full bath.

Conveniently situated near all the attractions of Mount Washington Valley, including dining, shopping, hiking, and more!

- Dogs are more than welcome—let us know if Fido is joining the fun!
- The home accommodates 8 guests, with a maximum of 4 adults.
- Note that there is no air conditioning, but the natural surroundings keep things comfortably cool.
- The fireplace is designed for use with dura flame logs only.
- Three Smart Roku TVs are available—simply log in to your apps to catch your favorite shows.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver's license)

* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.

* Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.

* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.

* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)

* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.

* No fireworks

* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only

* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
