Fully equipped, two identical log cabins sit side by side just steps away from the infamous Madison River. Each cabin has it's own private entrance, loft bedroom with queen bed and an additional comfy bed hides away in the living room couch. The property is conveniently located close to Ennis, Montana, the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, many lakes such as Cliff and Wade Lakes, Quake and Hebgen Lakes and Henry's Lake in Island Park, Idaho. Many opportunities to explore the outdoors within a 5-10 minute drive. Also, located within walking distance to the Grizzly Bar & Grille for delicious dining in the heart of the South Madison Valley or 5 minute drive upriver to the casual and friendly Driftwater Bistro. Would love to have you stay the whole season: APRIL thru NOVEMBER: THE LONGER YOU STAY, THE LESS YOU PAY!!!-MONTHLY & WHOLE SEASON RATES AVAILABLE--CALL OR EMAIL FOR DETAILS. Please Wash dishes and leave to dry in dish drying rack or towel dry and put in cupboard.
Please Turn off the heat and sweep floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking is allowed...inside or outside
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am
Cabin should be returned to owner in at least "broom condition" or better

Check-in was very easy, the hosts had great communication prior to our travels and even let us know ahead of time about road closures due to a wildfire. The cabin was very clean and was situated in the perfect spot right above the river which was great for falling asleep to! All the amenities needed for our fishing weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place! Will definitely stay there again. Loved the cabin, location, atmosphere. There is no air conditioner, but didn’t need it at night. It’s a remote site, so about 30 minute drive to breakfast. If wanting to hang out for a while, stock up on some food to stay in the cabin! Truly loved this place!!!

We had the best time here. We were lucky to be able to stay a week. Perfect location on the river. So peaceful and beautiful. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We went to Yellowstone three of the days we were there. An easy drive. It took about 40 minutes to the west gate entrance. Looking forward to staying here again.

Return Stay

2nd year in a row I have stayed at this property. It is a perfect fit for my interest (fly fishing). Direct access to the madison river and in a prime location to venture both up and down stream from the cabin. Even though the water level was unusually low for this time of year the fishing was still excellent.

Perfect cabin on the river close to Yellowstone!

This was an amazing find! Close to Yellowstone, clean with amazing views! Very relaxing for our vacation in West Yellowstone. Can’t wait to come back.

We had the best time on the Madison River!

We loved the mountain view and being able to fish on the madison river. We spent our days exploring yellowstone & GTNP and fished in the evenings. It was convenient having the grill and kitchenette for breakfast and supper and for being able to pack lunches. The beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect location, and super clean.

My friend and I spent a week fishing the Madison River, and this was the perfect location for us. Very clean, spacious, and is set right on the banks of the Madison, with amazing views. Could not have picked a better place.

Fishing Trip

The cabin was perfect for my needs. Was able to walk down directly from the cabin to the Madison River and the fishing was very good. Actually snowed one day and the gas fireplace made the cabin very cozy. Will certainly book again next year.

Beautiful Cabin in a Serene River Setting

We loved our stay in this cozy cabin on the beautiful Madison River. The Rich's provided a wonderfully welcoming experience as well as a very well laid out property. The cabin was super clean and tastefully decorated. The views of the river were amazing. We hope that we get the chance to return someday.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and we were able to check in early. This was greatly appreciated as we had a long drive. The location is so beautiful and peaceful!
