Nestled among towering pine trees, this 1 bedroom comes equipped with full size kitchen and living room. 2 min. walk to all the surf shops and restaurants at Beach 1. 5 min. drive to Walmart and Tim Hortons. Weekly rentals in July and August. 1 bedroom + pull out couch sleeps 4. Please bring your own pillows, bedding, towels and toiletries. Cutlery, pots, pans are supplied. All cottages are professionally cleaned prior to check-in. Very few cottages in Wasaga Beach have what we offer; free parking and walking distance to Beach 1. If you’ve never been to Wasaga Beach, it’s important to know that Beach 1 is the most famous beach on the strip. It’s where you will find the most restaurants, shops and of course, people.

Hi there, thanks for checking out our listing. My wife, Fe and I recently purchased these 9 cottages in 2021 because we were looking for a new adventure. This property needed and still needs many improvements, but we were so impressed by the location that we knew that all the energy we invest into this property would come back 10 fold. The property has come a long way and it has a long way to go, but if you are lucky, you can book now, and then lock your week in for many years to come! We also understand that ratings will make or break a small business, so we will do whatever it takes to make sure you and your family have a great vacation in Wasaga Beach! Hope to see you soon!
