This lovely Kiawah Island vacation rental offers one bedroom, gorgeous lagoon views, and a screened porch.

The villa is a leisurely 5-minute stroll from Kiawah Island's award-winning beach. Ideally situated in Kiawah's East Beach area, this second-floor Turtle Cove villa is conveniently located directly across the street from Turtle Point Clubhouse and Tomasso Italian Restaurant.

Upon entry, you will immediately notice the stylish design and abundant natural light. Enjoy relaxing in the villa's main living area. Here, you will find comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the screened porch. Shiplapped walls, a lofty tray ceiling, and trendy furnishings add to the appeal. The dining area perfectly overlooks the lagoon and opens to the beautifully updated kitchen. In the kitchen, you will appreciate the stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and Quartz countertops.

The villa's bedroom is a restful retreat with a king-sized bed and a TV. Sure to impress, the attached luxurious bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and a spa-like aesthetic.

Beautiful condo and great, quiet location.

The room was immaculate. The most well maintained and clean room we have ever stayed in. It was as if we were the first visitors ever to stay there. The location was close to the tennis courts and beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Immaculate & updated Kiawah villa in great location

My husband and I stayed at the Turtle cove villa- I have stayed in several villas on Kiawah and this was by far the nicest- very clean and brand new kitchen with great appliances and brand new large walk in shower was great. Location was perfect- quick bike ride to the beach!! 5 stars!

Great choice. Ideal for get away

This property was exactly as listed. The accommodations were clean & updated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this to any of our friends. The large walk in shower was a dream and we made great use of the kitchen for breakfast each day. The only recommendation I could give would be to have more than four (4) towels - six (6) would have been ideal. Thank you - thank you!

This is a very nice and beautiful condo for a couple's getaway. The bed is very comfortable, the furnishings are beautiful, the bathroom is luxurious, and the kitchen is really well stocked. We ate all 3 meals a day here. Although the cutting knives desperately need to be replaced. The screened-in balcony is really nice for enjoying the morning or evening. The location is great, but the listing title is incorrect. I timed our beach walk without carrying any beach gear and it was 10 minutes. Still not bad, but don't be expecting a 5 minute walk. The only other critique I have is the main couch needs to be replaced. It was unusuable because of the state of the cushions.

Property was fine except for tv. Our tv was out for one evening. Had to call maintenance. For people our age the the tv's were disappointing. You Tube tv for someone that doesn't have it at home was very annoying. Took several days to get it figured out. Expected better system for 3,000 a week.

Great!

The place was great. Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and clean. It had everything we needed for me, my husband, and our teenage son. Two things that need to be addressed: First, the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming and suffocating when we arrived. The cleaning crew overdid it. We had to open the windows immediately. That smell lasted the entire week, though not as badly. Second, a new couch is desperately needed. The big couch is worn and so uncomfortable. The couch cushions have flattened out and are worthless. The other smaller couch was fine. Since it doesn't face the TV, it doesn't get used as much. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

Beautiful unit

This was a beautiful unit. In my experience, it is rare that the unit looks as good as the pictures, but in this case, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was perfect. It must have very recently been renovated. The porch was wonderful with a lovely view of the pond.

Very nice stay

My husband and I stayed in this rental unit for a long weekend in Kiawah. It was really a lovely place, very clean and well decorated. The only thing I would change is the mattress. It was a bit soft and lumpy. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Great getaway

Very clean. Seemed newly redone with everything updated. Close enough to the beach but small for just the two of us. Get bikes, credit from Akers, and get around easily.

Gorgeous place/ walk to the beach

We visited Kiawah for a long weekend! Condo was gorgeous and comfy. We loved the top floor view of the marsh from the kitchen and porch. It was a short walk to Turtle beach which made the trip even better!!
