Very Spacious

The home is nicely updated and clean with comfortable beds. We loved that there was plenty of space and the rooms were all very large. We would request to stay here again.

Great location but no beach gear

This is a great house and was perfect for our large family, but it was surprising not to have access to any beach chairs from the property. If you have the ability to bring those, this is definitely a great house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I provided Ms. Ortega comments as she requested. I'll paste them here again:We cleared out this morning by 1000 as directed – had a great week and plan to do it again in two years. This was our second consecutive rental through Bryant. As requested, here are a few comments concerning our stay:1. House was clean and cool upon our arrival.2. The trash, however, was full with no room to add to it so we were forced to pile our trash bags on the deck until the Wednesday trash day – We took several trash bags with us today to not inconvenient the next tenant as we were. Cleaners should have ensured trash was empty.3. The ice machine is inop, and when I called about it, I was told it’s not listed as an amidite. Interestingly, neither is the refer! Recommend an obvious note on check-in sheet that ice not available.4. Recommend you install grab bars in the bathrooms and showers. Cheap, easy to install, and SAFE! We live in Wilmington and can choose our beach rentals at our leisure. Everyone agree this was the best rental to date. Feel free to contact me should you have further questions.s/f Bob Milstead

This gorgeous home is perfect for large families who are looking for a quiet vacation just steps away from the beach! We do apologize about the trash being full on your arrival. I will make note for the hospitality department to keep an eye on that in future. I will also make note about the ice machine to see if that can be remedied. We have a specific process for reporting guest suggestions to owners, so I will make note of your comments about the grab bars for possible future additions to the home.
