This apartment is in a 100% smoke-free community, no smoking of any kind is allowed *anywhere*...including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Pets <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please.

Free Cancellation. We love taking care of our guests, and one of the ways we do that is by including free cancellation with every booking until 2 weeks before arrival. You're also free to shorten or extend your stay as needed. At the time you cancel or shorten your reservation, we simply look 2 weeks forward on the calendar and refund everything you may have already paid for beyond the 2 week mark. If you have any questions about this, just message us and ask. We know all the different policies can be confusing. :)

Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated community in the Polaris shopping area of Westerville.

The community quiet, safe, and brand new. It was literally just built in the past year or two.

When you stay at our place, you can walk to restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Buffalo Wild Wings, Clean Juice, etc.)

You're also practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (2-3 miles), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and dozens more restaurants.

You'll also enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the Starbucks Coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. As our guest, you'll also have access to the community clubhouse with its fitness center, saltwater pool, coffee station, etc.

After booking, you'll receive full check-in details including your codes for the community gate and the keypad at the apartment door (we change this for every guest).

Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.
