About this property
Lakefront accommodations with outdoor Jacuzzi
Gorgeous first class lake front accommodations on West Caroga Lake. Enjoy an open living space and top quality furnishings; with a beautiful stone fireplace, natural pine interior, cathedral ceilings, and hand crafted classic Adirondack decor. Cabin boasts granite counters, hardwood floors, and a grand lake view of the southern sky! Upon entering Loon's Echo, you'll realize that you couldn't have chosen a better cabin. Top of the line furnishings will spoil you rotten and have you coming back year after year. The moment that you enter you will be blown away by the vast lake view and the superior comfort of the cabin. We supply all of the clean linens as well as soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, garbage bags, cleaners, spices and cooking oils, paper towels, hairdryer, iron, and DISHWASHER! Natural woodwork, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, beautiful fireplace, immaculate, cozy, comfortable....and these are the bad qualities. Heated ceramic tile flooring in the entrance and bath, heated towel rack, and candles make your visit that much more special.

Interaction with Guests
I will make plans to meet with you on or as close to your arrival as possible. The best way for me to stay in contact with you (allowing me to leave alone to your privacy) would be via text messaging. You can answer at your leisure. Also I am available 24 hours, seven days a week for your convenience.
The Neighborhood
Quiet dead end shore-line road with a terrific southeastern view of the sky. Enjoy your own private dock and lerge deck overlooking the lake.
Getting Around
Driving, walking, or biking.
Other Things to Note
Because of previous guests inabililty to control children indoors or out, we no longer allow children under the age of 15. We expect guests to respect not only the cabin, but neighboring cabin owners as well. We want all guests and neighbors to enjoy peaceful enjoyment.
There is an additional jacuzzi fee for guests looking to take advantage of this feature($35 for up to 3 days; $50 for 4-7 days). We do require a 5 night minimum from the end of June until the end of August. A 3 night minimum is required in Sept through May. Christmas and New Years week are $1300. All other holidays require a $50 premium(I will try to have the calendar updated to reflect the difference). Please be mindful and respectful of any neighbors. Remember, it may not be JUST YOUR vacation/getaway and other people in the area are deserving of the peace. If you want to hoot and holler between the hours of 8pm and 8am, go rent a campsite with the high school students. I expect guests to be mature adults(even if you're not, I like the optical). A 2 person canoe is available for your enjoyment. Only 2 people in the canoe at a time for your safety and please use the life jackets.

About the host
Hosted by Chris
I am a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker, AMS Inc. in Johnstown NY and a lifelong resident of the area. I truly enjoy the Adirondacks all year long as well as it's early American history. Most specifically I love reading about the historic purpose of the region and the early folklore and campfire "yarns" of the surrounding villages. A perfect vacation for me would be in the mountains experiencing inclement weather(odd, I know), a fireplace, a book, and a cup of coffee.
As a hobby, I like to "dabble" in the art of Adirondack furnishings and decor, as you will see many of my pieces throughout my cabins. I'm all about the fine detail. Which in fact drives me nuts and comforts me at the same time. My psychiatrist is researching it. Ok, thats a joke........ he's not really looking into it.
I LOVE Star Wars, just ask me. I belong to the R2builder's group and the 501st Legion and have built my own life-sized fully remote controlled R2-D2 with all the "bells and whistles" which I take to events to help raise money for children's cancer awareness and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
