This modern 2-story Townhouse has a full kitchen, large fridge freezer, large dining table, study table, large living area with 65" smart TV, Sonos sound system, free NBN wifi, balcony with outdoor setting and BBQ, private laundry with washing machine and dryer, with Ducted Heating and Cooling throughout. Enjoy free use of a communal large resort-style swimming pool, tennis court, communal bbq, children's play park, and putting green. Access to use of the 25meter indoor swimming pool and Gym at the Clubhouse is a pay-per-use basis.

Holiday stay in Torquay but away from the busy-ness and lack of parking in January in town.

If you are looking for a quieter holiday with a balcony overlooking the golf course and 10 minutes from a lovely family orientated and dog friendly beach this spot is ideal. We all enjoyed our stay and were very lucky that the weather was great for the 2 weeks. Our host Justin was very oblideging and the communication was excellent. We would be very happy to stay here again.
