Up one level is 3 bedrooms including one (new high quality) KING bed master suite with ensuite, as well as two spacious rooms with queen beds. Also a full 3 piece bathroom upstairs. Down one level from the main floor you will find one bedroom with a queen bed on bottom bunk and single bed on top bunk, laundry facility ,rec room with a pull out double sofa bed with a TV and video player, 3 piece bathroom with tub/shower. Outside on this level is the 6 person hot tub waiting for you after skiing at 104 degrees. Back on the main level, there is a 12'x12' deck outside with propane BQ. Enjoy the comfort of tile heated flooring in the kitchen, entry way and all bathrooms. Our unit is well stocked with all the comforts of home, including all your typical kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and crock pot. Downhill ski right out your front door to the Morrisey lift or the Orient Express chair that will take you to the Sundance or Sunburst chair lifts. Enjoy the many cross country ski trails adjacent to our town house across the street at P5 Parking lot. You are able to ski right into the complex without walking or taking a bus, however you can take the bus that runs hourly to and from the Main Village. Enjoy a short 15 minute walk to the Sun Peaks village where you'll find many restaurants, ski/board shops, coffee shops etc.. A small well behaved dog may be accepted upon request.
