Hi Eden,We want all our guests to feel fully supported and well-informed throughout their stay, so we’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they wanted to provide the following:- We take guest communication very seriously and aim to respond promptly. While no messages or calls were found during your stay, a backup contact number is included in the welcome materials to ensure assistance is always available.- The screen door handle has since been repaired. Maintenance issues like this are addressed as quickly as possible once reported.- The number of rooms and bathrooms is listed in the property details, but I’ll review the description again to ensure it’s clear and easy to understand for future guests.- Guests do have access to the backyard through the main house doors. However, the gazebo area and backyard gate are off-limits for safety and liability reasons and are noted in the house rules.Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
