This vibrant 2 story townhouse/cottage seems to emulate the eclectic soul of Cape Town. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the home the perfect family escape. Modern appliances and finishes with tasteful use of colour throughout. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features designer furnishing and modern appliances throughout. The lounge opens onto a covered balcony with outdoor furniture and a Braai/BBQ.
