A short 2 miles to the Lihue Airport or Kukui Grove Shopping Center, you have everything you need in the vicinity. This spacious and budget friendly condo is perfect for those looking to adventure around Kaua'i. Enjoy beach activities at nearby Kalapaki Bay or relax at the resort's heated pool. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to dine in and enjoy the afternoon sunsets from one of two private lanais. If you prefer to dine out, take a short stroll to one of many nearby restaurants; Dukes Canoe Club with spectacular ocean-views, Kukui's Restaurant at the Kauai Marriott or JJ's Broiler just to name a few. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean and comfortable We liked having a covered parking space and found a short cut to the pool close to our front door. Condo was located walking distance to restaurants, a new coffee shop The Jammin’ Banana and the beach. Liked watching weekly ship arrivals.

Great location and staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had some updates, nice counter tops and flooring. It does show it's age in other areas. Partially painted walls near the washer/dryer and older cabinets in the bathroom. Everything worked great. Fully functioning kitchen. Plenty of room for 4-6 folks. This was our third time staying at Banyan Harbor and we'll be back.

Nice Stay

Clean.Close to everything (grocery, restaurants, etc) Walkable to nice beach, less than 10 minutes. The 2nd bedroom is a bit tight but comfortable. The only thing missing were wine glasses and wine opener otherwise fully equipped.

Kauai Family Vacation

Our family of 8 plus two friends stayed in two separate units that were very close to one another - it worked great! The property is very conveniently located to airport, shopping and attractions. Beautiful beach right across the street. Loved having in unit washer and dryer. Kitchen is small but nice. The unit we stayed in had all bedrooms up stairs. The other unit had all rooms on one level. You could actually see the ocean over the roof top from our balcony and bedroom windows. Nice beach amenities including chairs and umbrella. Worked great for our group!
