ABOUT THE HOME
Get ready for your jaw to drop, this craftsman home is impressive. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home was built for entertaining. The highlight of this home is the open concept layout with seamless indoor/outdoor transitions creating the perfect space to enjoy your time in the mountains with family and friends. The fully loaded, gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances just begs to be used, and the gas fireplace beacons you to grab a glass of wine and put your feet up. Expansive floor to ceiling windows surround the entire main living space allowing for an abundance of light and you will feel as though you are immersed in Whistler's great outdoors. Pull open the wall of windows and walk outside to enjoy the fabulous private hot tub, fire pit, covered lounge area and alfresco dining table all with an abundance of greenery surrounding. All of the lower level and all bathrooms have heated flooring to keep your toes toasty warm. Added conveniences include a full-size laundry room, state of the art boot-dryer, ski and bike racks in the garage. Recently added air-conditioning.
Upstairs you will find the bedrooms. The primary master enjoys views of Sproatt mountain from the private patio, king bed, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaker tub and an oversized double shower. The views of the foresty Sproatt mountain are just spectacular from the master bedroom's private balcony. The junior master has been exceptionally designed and also enjoys a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room has a fantastic corner window with humbling views of the garden's old trees. Additional bedrooms feature a queen, whilst the other has two twin beds for maximum group flexibility. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
There is a suite adjoining the home with full-time tenants (a couple). There is a zero-tolerance policy for any excessive noise.

Just a few minutes North of Whistler Village, Cypress place enjoys a fantastic balance of seclusion while still being just a 5 minute drive to the ski hill.This executive neighbourhood sits next adjacent to the Greens of Nicklaus North Golf Course and is just a short 5 minute walk to the Clubhouse, the fantastic Table 19 Restaurant and Green Lake. It is also conveniently located right next to the Valley Trail and a flat 10 minute bikeride to Whistler Village.
