Thanksgiving Getaway
We love Easton, MD and were coming home for Thanksgiving to visit family in town. This was a dream location because it’s located very close to downtown Easton but also feels like you’re 1,000,000 miles away. It’s very friendly for kids and pets and morning yoga on the dock. The sunsets are gorgeous and the trees are over 300 years old. We are so thankful you shared your home with our family and would love to visit again in the future.

Seventh Haven a gem
My husband, and son and his wife and baby joined me for a peaceful week in an area I love. I spent my summers at my grandparents’ on the Miles River near by and my first child was born in Easton. The town is thriving yet the old quiet charm is there too. We loved Seventh Haven. Very comfortable, w fully equipped, lovely setting. Kayaking was wonderful!

Incredible property outside, great house, extremely well stocked, a sure winner!
The grounds are incredibly gorgeous, huge trees, the largest being easily 6 feet thick, all very well maintained. We took the kayaks out on the creek, sat in the Adirondacks and looked at the bay, walked the grounds in awe, and spent time in the air conditioned living room and enjoyed almost the same view as you see outside via the wall of windows. The kitchen and pantry had everything we'd need to prepare a meal, appliances all worked great including the air fryer, bathrooms had toiletries and towels in plenty. Dining room was large enough for 6 people to spread out and play board games and eat. Of course there is St Michaels nearby providing loads of little shops and restaurants, and if you need anything at all the town of Easton in the other direction has all the big stores you're used to seeing at home. The property is very far off the main road, very private, but everything you need is 10 minutes away. Could not have asked for more!

Quaint Charm with Modern Convenience
The century-old oak trees framed a unique and inviting home. The interior has been updated with the most modern appliances and furnishings while retaining a comfortable and rustic ambiance. The entire first floor is open from the kitchen, through the dining and sitting room, to the window-wall that overlooks Dixon Creek. A sunroom off to the side adds to the options for entertaining and relaxing. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are well appointed and the bed in the master suite is the most comfortable we have ever experienced! However, we spent most of our time outside, sitting in the Adirondack chairs under the shade of the towering oaks and taking in the ever-changing scenery of this quiet waterway leading to the Tred Avon. We also went out on the water several times in the kayaks and explored both branches of Dixon Creek. We saw lots of wildlife, including two soaring eagles. Egrets were nesting just across the creek from Seventh Haven and mom and dad egret were both busy diving for fish to feed their noisy offspring. We set the crab traps off the end of the dock and caught enough to prepare our favorite crab dip recipe for later in the week. Oh - and be on the lookout for the black squirrel that likes to hang out in the giant oak by the sunporch -- we understand that it's a one in ten thousand opportunity!
