Luxury 5 Bedroom South Facing Pool Home with Lake Views
Based in one of Kissimmee's finest communities, just a short distance from the award-winning Remington Golf Course, this 5-bedroom villa has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one.
Take a dip in the south facing pool or relax and gaze out over the lake to the rear of the property. Kids (and adults!) will love the pool and the privacy of no immediate rear neighbors.
Ideally located to Orlando International Airport and the theme parks, but far enough away to enjoy beaches, shops, and restaurants typically used by locals. MILEAGE TO THE WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 18 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS IS APPROXIMATELY 20 MILES.
TVs in all 5 bedrooms and one in the living room. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. On the ground floor there is a TV room / dining room / and a second sitting area. Modern kitchen with all utensils/cutlery and all necessary pots and pans. There is also downstairs half bath and a pool table.
Keurig coffee maker, (guests must provide their own K cups), and drip coffee maker.
All bedrooms are on the second floor
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with flat screen TV and a huge private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub perfect for soaking in.

Parking Notes: Parking is in the driveway and holds 2 cars. There is also parking for 2 cars in the garage. There is no street parking.
Two level home Licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety alarms and/or pool safety fence.
Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.
Remington has an 18-hole golf course, community pool, basketball and tennis courts. There is also a jogging and fitness course throughout the development.

The house is huge. More room than we actually needed. The beds were pretty good. Family room was nice and the pool table was a plus. Some of the appliances are quite old. The cushions in the pool area were not that clean, however we made do with what was there. Pool was great. Overall our stay was great, would go back again.
