Relax in the hot tub or sauna after a long day exploring downtown Vancouver. Come home to an open-concept condo with city and mountain views. You're steps from Rogers Arena, BC Place, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the SkyTrain, Costco, Gastown, and False Creek, with great restaurants all around.

Wake up and brew a cup of coffee, or dine al fresco on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven and built-in microwave.

Building amenities: lap pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and 24-hour on-site security. One free parking stall is included.

This is a friendly reminder that check out time is 10am, please ensure you pack all your personal belongings. And take clean out the fridge
If you have a vehicle, please load all your personal belongings to your vehicle first and drive your vehicle out of the garage as you won’t be able to access the garage without keyfobs.
When you are ready to leave, please ensure you return the 2 sets of keys in the condo. On your way out, please close all windows, turn off all appliances and lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be advise there’s no smoking of any sort inside the apartment or the in or around the building. Violators are fined $200CAD per incident.
No party or any gathering inside the condo. Any complaint will be subject to fines of $500CAD. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Thank you

Ashley was a wonderful host. She answered questions promptly and quickly assisted us when needed. We were a group of 3 retired educators. We each had our own bedroom and we shared the two baths. The view from the windows was stunning. The area around the condo was safe and clean. We could walk to area restaurants easily and safely. We arrived in Vancouver two days before our cruise ship departed. We hated leaving the condo because it was so clean and comfortable. I just recommended this condo to a cruise passenger that has family in Vancouver. All three of us praised Ashley and this VRBO rental. We easily Lyfted from the airport and to the cruise terminal. The coffee shop and the pizza restaurant right outside the condo were great. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. It will enhance your Vancouver experience.

Lovely condo in Vancouver for a family vacation! The initial parking situation is just a little tricky, but the owner’s guide inside the unit helps figure out the process - thank you! Walked to Gastown and Robson in daytime areas, but would probably Uber it at night for safety. Short and lovely drive to Grouse Mtn, Granville Island and Stanley Park. The pizza place with board games right next door was wonderful and perfect with my kids.

Overall the apartment was nice, clean, and centrally located to the spots we were interested in visiting. Ashley was very responsive and helpful to our needs. The check in process was a little frustrating as there were multiple steps required to access the condo. I was not aware I had only 2 minutes from the time I put the initial code in to enter the lobby of the building, access the elevator, and then enter the code to the unit to obtain the keyfob, which is needed to access the parkade. After several unsuccessful attempts to open the condo door, I reached out to Ashley and she was most helpful to walk us through the remainder check in steps (from overriding the code to the condo to walking us through the parking process). That being said, the condo is a very well secured place.

This was a great place! The location is right next to the Stadium/Chinatown station. My two adult sons and I used it as our home base to explore Vancouver. There is a market and two coffee shops on the plaza. The unit is clean, updated, and spacious with great views. I slept in the 3rd (little) room with no issues. I’m 5’2” my sons are both 6’ tall. Ashley was lovely. Answered all my questions and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants. Would re-book here.
