**CONVENIENT TO BOTH SNOW PARK LODGE AND HISTORIC MAIN STREET**



Pinnacle condominiums are located one mile from Snow Park Lodge and two blocks

from the free Park City Transit route. Typically, these multi-level townhome-

style condominiums feature a fully appointed kitchen, private outdoor hot tub

on the deck, jetted tubs, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, fireplace,

private garage and complimentary wireless Internet. Complimentary in-town

transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park

City's Historic Main Street.



Pinnacle 1470's bedroom, on the second level, has two twin-over-full bunk beds

and a sofa sleeper. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, both of which

have a walk-in shower and single sink.



The second bedroom, on the fourth level, has a king bed with en suite

bathroom. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub and a single sink. The

third bedroom, on the fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The

bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink. The fourth bedroom, on the

fifth level, has a king bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in

shower, tub and a double sink.



This residence also has a full kitchen, pool table, patio, fireplace, sofa

sleeper, private hot tub, single car garage, DVD player and grill.



This condo is managed by Deer Valley Resort.

Great location - place needs updating

4th property in The Pinnacles we’ve stayed in. And this one did not meet the standards of the other properties in this development. Needs lots of updating. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well at all. Wasn’t able to control the temperature in the unit. Location and access to the mountain and Park Cuty were great though.

Good stay

The property they listed was not available and we were informed the day before our stay. They had a similar replacement property but it did not have a pool table like the one that was advertised. I really wish we knew about this before booking or at least before the night we were leaving. However, we did contact the property owners and they gave us an upgraded property for the inconvenience. We were very appreciative of this and were very happy with the end result.
