Please note the tariff is based on 4 guests. If you have more than 4 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 6 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Guest access: The entire house, there are three flights of steps to access the house.

Wheelchair accessibility is not available for this property.

Heating consists of combustion fireplace, gas heater, electric heaters, air conditioning, electric blankets.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Parking is only in the street the photos show the steps leading to the house and the one parking space near the house there is more space along the street and on Wednesday morning there is no parking in front of the house due to the Council rubbish collection.
