I will start this by saying we did speak to Evolve and we were reimbursed 10% of our stay. I still feel we paid more than what we got- as we’ve stayed other places and have a baseline of expectations. There were not Adirondack chairs as pictured- no fire pit chairs at all. The outdoor space was not cleaned (nothing a little powerwash won’t fix). Deck furniture covered in dust/pollen. At the time of our reservation it was listed as having a charcoal grill. It did not have one, but there was a gas grill- unfortunately it was not cared for (looked like it hadn’t been touch in years) and caked in lord knows what- we didnt attempt to put food on it or even see if it started. We purchased a charcoal grill because we had brought food and supplies to grill based off amenities listed. Our daughter chose one of the bunk bed bottoms to sleep on, but it smelled like pee. The rest of the home appeared very clean and the inside was nice. However we came to enjoy the outside and felt slighted. Hot tub was nice, but low- we filled it. The host was kind enough- but when I reached out about the chairs pictured- he stated he would contact the owners and we didn’t hear back. We stayed 3 nights and just focused on making the best of it. We rented a jet ski from local marina and really enjoyed that!

Tool waterfront
My family really enjoyed our Father’s Day stay.Celebrating three generations of fathers. The area is beautiful and the Tool name is my maiden name.Tool was named after my great grandfather which added icing on the cake. This entire area is where my father’s side of the family settled so it is a special area for me.The home is uniquely built and we love the layout. The issues I had with it was it needs pots to cook with and the place needed cleaned. I had to clean before I could enjoy my family vacation. But for the most part it my family had a great stay
I brought my family here and we had such a great time. It is right on the lake, with steps to safely get in, swim and relax. No boats go into this enclave except for residents so it's very safe. Lake was between 3' to 5' deep. The hot tub was a great way to relax at night. The living area was awesome for hanging out and we appreciated the large screen TV when we were ready to relax. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our own meals, except for a decent cook's knife (most rentals are like this so we are used to bringing one). Also worth mentioning that the A/C and WiFi worked really well and the neighbors were very nice and respectful. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back the next time we go to Cedar Creek Lake.

Family lake vacation
The house was a perfect size for our crew, two couples, one grandma, five children. The kids had their own area upstairs. There was a king bed for the couples and grandma had a queen bed. The neighbors that live nearby were all friendly and helpful. Danny, the manager, was quick to respond to any issues that arose. He also introduced us to his daughter's bakery. Danny was kind enough to let our cousin use the jetski lift that was unoccupied. Our kids loved fishing off the deck and the upstairs deck made a great spot to view the fireworks. If you plan to use the upstairs deck, bring some folding chairs. We had a great time!
