CAMERA: Exterior doorbell camera. This camera only views entrance to the property and front porch on the outdoors. There are no cameras inside the property.

Each living area is equipped with a Super Bowl-worthy Smart TV, and views from the kitchens so that no one has to miss anything while refilling the chip bowl. There is plenty of flat space in the front and backyards for the littles to play outside while the adults relax inside. Family fun will be at an optimum with our amazing amenities!

Conveniently located in the city of Branson on Table Rock Lake near Silver Dollar City and State Park Marina Sits next door to 2 of our other properties. Reserve all three to sleep up to 89 guests! Additional sleeping space available in the form of a twin fold out cot.

Note: This home does utilize a Ring doorbell camera. Video only records motion at front door.

1000 sq ft of private patio or deck and marvel as you take in the lakeview sunset from your private hot tub or fire pit while the kids play basketball on your private court. The Razorback Refuge bedroom comes with access to the third-floor balcony, swinging love-seat, and the finest view in the house.

*For very large groups, please consider renting all 3 of our immediately neighboring properties in the Chateau Cove Resort-Game Day Lodge, Green Gables Lodge and Cedar Rock Lodge. These three properties are located adjacent to each other and combined can sleep up to 89 guests!*

The perfect place for our group!

We have stayed in this house 2 years in a row and it is perfect for our group. The 2 bunk rooms are a huge hit with our kids, we love being close to the indoor pool, and our kids love the large space in the backyard to play. This house is very well stocked and we love all of the sports décor. Beth and her son Braden are both amazing to work with. They always go above and beyond and we would never book with anyone else. We have been using them for years and have always been so pleased with all of their properties. If you ever need a place of any size to stay while visiting Branson be sure and let Beth find you the perfect spot.

We stayed at the Game Day House on Oct 3-5. The weather & the house was perfect for our group of 14. This is the 4th or 5th time staying at Lodges at Chateau Cove and working with Beth's Breakaway has made it so easy. The house was fun with each room having it's own area sports theme. The giant dining room table was great to sit around for meals and visiting. We loved sitting outside at night around the fire listen to music and laughing. The hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed. All our thanks for making our weekend perfect. Our group has been getting together every fall since 1984 and we will be back next year. We just love it here.

Amazing Place!!

We had a great time visiting Branson with 4 generations and this place was everything we could've asked for! Big kitchen area to play games and plenty of rooms for everyone to have their privacy too!

We love Branson. We love everything about Branson. The Lake, the shows, the shopping, the dining places. Just no place like it. I began my business 12 years ago, doing just what you are doing, looking for the perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long, called and called and emailed and emailed, and could not find a spot. So I decided to buy a home and rent it out. What began as a problem was one of the biggest blessings in my life, because now I own or manage 40+ properties in the Branson area. And I have the privilege of working with the most amazing people.
