Green Gables is located within a two-minute walk to the indoor pool (open year-round), and about a 4-minute walk to the outdoor pool (open seasonally, usually mid-May to Sept), playground, and lake trail. If you are looking for adventure further afield, it will only take you 5 minutes to get to the Table Rock Lake State Park Marina and Boat Rental, 4 minutes to Moonshine Beach, 5 minutes to the Branson 76 Strip, and 9 minutes to Silver Dollar City. You are within a 10-minute drive of virtually all of Branson's most popular attractions, yet when you return home you will be able to enjoy a stunning lakeside vista.

What an excellent place for our family to gather and make lots of memories together! There was plenty of space for everyone! It is conveniently located to everything but also in a quiet community to unwind after a full day’s activities.

Beth was an excellent host. I had a few questions before booking and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy. The property is huge, with more than enough room for our group and plenty of parking. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Accomodations

Twenty-four of us enjoyed 5 nights at Green Gables Lodge at the end of July to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. The 10 bedrooms and layout of the house was absolutely perfect for our combination of people. There was so much space to hang out and play games and we never felt crowded! Many games were played around the tables with lots of laughter! The kitchen was absolutely perfect and contained everything we could possibly need as we cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed everyone sitting around the table and counters to enjoy the meals. The proximity to the lake as well as to the downtown area was perfect. Beth's Breakaway was great hosts and very responsive when there was something that needed repair. The house was clean in every area and everything was in working order! If we are ever to return to Branson we would definitely rent from you again!

Holiday Vacation Branson 2024

We have a large family and the amount of beds and baths were perfect. So many things to do at the facility and the indoor swimming pool in walking distance - our family didn’t want to leave the property.

Wonderful time with our children and grandchildren there were 28 members.

The property has lots of space and many outdoor activities right on the property. We had most of our meals at the property. There were plenty of spaces to eat together. A good place to bond with family.

We booked the Green Gables Lodge for 16 people for 3 night College Friends get together. Everyone commented on how great the accommodation fit our large group size. Family Reunion

Perfect home for our three-generation family reunion. Great location and neighborhood amenities. Felt like home and had entertainment for the youngest, at two and three years of age, to the oldest in in their late 60's.

PERFECT!!

Spring break family get together

I have rented many places over the years and this one is in my top 3. This property has the most well equipped kitchen I've ever come across in a rental. The space was well appointed and everyone enjoyed their own private space to retire to. The family gathering areas were a great bonus. Will definitely be returning again.

Thanksgiving /50th wedding anniversary celebration

We enjoyed our stay at the Ann of Green Gables Lodged tremendously!!! The ladies were especially delighted by the theme of the lodge. The cupboards were well stocked and everything was clean and neat... A brisk hike down to the beach is a must! We will stay here again!

Great Home and Location

This place was fantastic. Had everything you would want and need. We had 17 guests and plenty of space and fun games and outside gathering spots. Properly manager responded to the few questions we had very quickly. We left an electronic item there and they found and shipped it quickly. Great place to rent.

I began my business 12 years ago, doing just what you are doing, looking for the perfect place to stay. Only I had waited too long, called and called and emailed and emailed, and could not find a spot. So I decided to buy a home and rent it out. What began as a problem was one of the biggest blessings in my life, because now I own or manage 40+ properties in the Branson area. And I have the privilege of working with the most amazing people. I have wonderful repeat guests that stay with me again and again, who are now my dear friends. And I continue to get to work with new people!! I love my cleaning crews, and my repair crews. I am blessed beyond measure with this team!!
