The POOL is HUGE & is well kept. Great condo with lakeview, v nice “big”room as seen in pic. If condo had a vaccum cleaner, I couldn’t find. Cool stuff like a wine cooler, nicely decorated, board games, gated property, conveniently located, restaurants nearby, property is ON the lake, kitchen has a keurig only, but stocked nicely stocked w sugar/creamer-kitchen stocked with all the utensils you will need-knives, etc. will stay there again.

Beautiful spot! Very clean and loved everything about this location. Easy access and no issues with getting into building or gate. Talking with management was efficient, responses were polite and quick. Perfect for our girls trip of 4! Location was great and close drive to everything we wanted to do/ see. Would stay here again if we come back to Hot Springs!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- They coordinated with you during your stay and had a technician visit the next morning to address the A/C. While the system was operating and indoor temperatures remained under 78 degrees, the owner understands it wasn’t as cool as you had hoped. Since there was no follow-up after the technician’s visit, they believed the issue had been resolved.- In light of the situation, the homeowner offered a gesture of goodwill in hopes of making things right.Thanks again for your feedback. We’ll continue working closely with the homeowner to help ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very nice and very clean. We cook when we stay in rentals. We saw lots of spices in a spice rack— most we never use. But, we looked everywhere and couldn’t find salt and pepper. I brought some drink mix to make but there were no pitchers. We went to the store and bought the items and left behind. I don’t know if it said there was only a Kuerig for coffee we took ground coffee to make. We had Kuerig cups and would have brought them instead. Also, we tried to run the dishwasher but couldn’t get it to start. Contacted our property manager but got no answer. We loved the pool

Gorgeous property and location

This was a beautiful property perfect for our family. They had extra blankets, laundry area with supplies, and so much more! The only concern i have is a neighbor is not a fan of the fact that there is a VRBO in the building because they live there and did infact voice there opinion on the elevator. But that is no fault of the owners! Overall a wonderful place to stay with little traffic and a great pool!!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. It was beautifully decorated and updated. There were additional amenities that are usually not provided such as shampoo/conditioner, a coffee station, kitchen supplies (garbage bags, paper towels, ext.) and beach towels for the pool. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here It was very clean. Decorated nicely. One thing missing was salt and pepper. There were a lot of spices but no salt and pepper. We cook quite a bit when we stay at VRBO. We took some drink mix and there was no pitcher so we bought one and left it there. Same with salt and pepper. We tried to run the dishwasher but couldn’t get it to run. Texted our contact but never heard back. Had to hand wash the dishes
