Sunset on Kirra is a bright and modern two-bedroom unit, in an ideal location across from Kirra Beach.

The apartment is set over two levels, located on the second and third floor (walk up) of a secure complex offering tropical swimming pool and barbecue area surrounded by lush gardens.

The lower-level features open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge room area and access to the beachfront balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays. The loungeroom is comfortably furnished and offers reverse cycle air-conditioning, large flat screen smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The lower level also offers one queen bedroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer and separate toilet.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and private, spacious beachfront balcony. There is also a newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet.

Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
