The house was exactly as described. A great location, easy access, and was clean! We would love to stay again in the future. *side note, the upstairs shower doesn’t drain well at all so we mainly used the downstairs shower.

Great home base for Denver and Boulder

House was very clean, well equipped, and convenient for our day trips. Beds very comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen and laundry, and we all enjoyed the pool table downstairs.We did have a minor issue with hot water that was quickly resolved remotely. The owner was immediately responsive after we called the contact number.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable and loved having the black out shades for good sleep! The rental was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. It made settling in so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for a relaxing, getaway with easy access to surrounding towns. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio taking in the crisp weather!The kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table in the basement and the house was a quick walk to a nature preserve/ playground.
