Pindari is a 4 bedroom, pet friendly beach house with a pool, located directly across the road from the sand.

The quintessential Pearl Beach holiday home. Hear the waves, smell the salt air and enjoy water views from the alfresco area. Sleeping up to 12 guests (maximum 8 adults), this relaxed coastal home is made for easy family holidays and memory making by the sea.

With multiple living areas, a pool for the kids and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out, Pindari is ideal for extended families and group getaways.

Important property notes-
Pindari is a classic beach house with a relaxed, older coastal charm rather than a newly renovated home. It is comfortable, spacious and well suited to families looking for a laid-back beach escape.

The pool is older and shows signs of wear. It is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival, however due to surrounding trees, leaves or small debris may be present during your stay.

As with many coastal and bushland homes, insects and spiders may occasionally be present.

Local dining and attractions-
Pearl Beach offers an ocean pool, pet friendly beach, arboretum, tennis courts, bowling green and beautiful bushwalking trails.

The local caf and restaurant are currently closed following a fire, however excellent dining options are only a short drive away in Umina and Ettalong Beach, including Margarita Daze and Box on the Water.

Umina Beach is just a 5-10 minute drive and offers supermarkets, caf s, restaurants and a popular surf beach.

Pet policy-
Pets are very welcome with prior approval. Pets must be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pets mark, soil or leave excessive fur or dirt.

A beautifully positioned house at the wonderful Pearl Beach. The house was very comfortable.

House was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Well presented and comfortable. So close to the beach and Cafe. Sleeping arrangements suited our family group very well. An attentive host.

Pindari on Pearl is a Gem

Property is immaculate in great location better than the photos; perfect for that family get away. Pool in backyard to keep the kids busy, beach accross the road and dog friendly section of beach not too far away. Beautiful peaceful location. everything is catered for and comfortable. Family loved it.

What a great location this house is in! Literally metres to stunning Pearl beach which is absolutely perfect for young kids. The dogs loved it too!The house itself worked really well for our family. The pool and outdoor area got a good workout from us. It’s a shame the beautiful view to the beach is restricted by the heavy shutters, but it didn’t interfere with our stay at all. The place was fully equipped with everything you could need. We’d definitely be keen to stay again!
