Charming heritage cottage – stylish interior + convenient location

In a unique blend of eclectic elegance, this gracefully restored Californian Bungalow home is a fine example of traditional inter-war architecture and features a well appointed interior – complete with multiple living spaces and large bedrooms.
Conveniently located within a short stroll to Coffs Central Shopping Mall, Moonee Street and Harbour Drive dining precincts, Margaret House is the perfect base to explore the area. Enjoy a luxurious stay in one of Coffs Harbour's original residences.

The space
All 3 bedrooms are light, bright, contain period features, fresh flowers (upon request - no cost), a robe, fan, heater, dressing table and beautiful polished timber floors.
The main bathroom is large and provides a luxurious sanctuary for relaxation, complete with period features, exotic Moroccan tiles, scented candles, a huge bathtub, separate shower with large shower-head, mirrored cabinets and plenty of natural light.
There is also an ensuite bathroom within the main bedroom which has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen within a spacious open plan lounge/dining area.
Sliding bi-fold doors open onto a beautifully styled verandah, with a large paved courtyard beyond this perfect for relaxed alfresco dining, BBQs and outdoor dining.
Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, spreads, fruit and bread is provided for all guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything but the locked garage. Plenty of free on-street parking is always available alongside the house.

Interaction with guests
This beautiful 3 bedroom home is shared with a beautiful Russian Blue cat, Tsarina. Should you wish for some peace and quiet, there are multiple living areas to enjoy and unwind in. Whenever possible, guests are greeted and shown through the property upon arrival.

Other things to note
We can offer great advice and local information for those guests who wish to explore the area. Complimentary transport to and from the airport, train or bus station can be arranged if we are available to do so.

Loved it!

What a great property this is!! We absolutely loved our 2 night stay with our 3 kids. Shane was a brilliant host, whose communication was exceptional and prompt. He provided all the answers we needed and made our holiday incredibly special. The property was incredibly clean and well appointed. The open plan living area was great for the family and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall, our time in Coffs was special because of this wonderful property. We will definitely be back!!
