Great Stay!

Love the quiet neighborhood after a long day at the lake. It was the perfect spot for our family, and the kids especially enjoyed the bumper pool table. The host was responsive and accommodating, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back!

Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Family fun with bumper pool table inside the house and nice relaxing fun outside with comfortable patio furniture and fire table. My family and I will definitely be staying here every time we go!

Great Getaway

The house was very nice cozy and clean. Nice place to rest and relax. Also liked being to go out and see the sites and activities in the area. Over had a great experience!

Relaxing, Clean, and Comfortable

We have stayed in this home a couple of times. The convenience of being a few minutes away from the Windsor launch ramp and coming home to a clean and comfortable home. We love the bumper pool table and enjoy talking on the patio. The hosts are so nice and made sure I had everything our family needed. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great stay!!

Havasu Holiday

Great home, excellent neighborhood. Only reason it isn't a pure 5 Star is because the cleaning crew did a poor job from the last renters. I informed the property owner and he is resolving that issue. Had a great time and would do it again.

Experience was about what I expected. Suggest replacing kitchen tap and shower head and bath faucet in main bath. Access to washer/dryer would have been nice. Cleaning fee was excessive.

Great except low on cooking tools

Loved the game table and rolling dining chairs. Great TVs as well.Kitchen tools were a strange combination. Way more knives than you could ever need, but Zero ovenware or microwave save dishes. 🤔 Plates and bowls were not microwave safe. Would have given a 5 star rating if more cookware was available!! Very challenging to cook except for on the stove top.

Check in instructions were excellent, except for the rental contact did not respond to my text and questions at all. The washer and dryer had laundry left in it so I had to finish it so I could use them for my clothes. There was only one wash cloth I could find in the house and let the contact person know this to see if there was more and no response so I purchased my own at the store. Screen door would not open or close to get onto the back porch so once we forced the screen door open we left it that way. The kitchen was nice and clean, although was not equipped well at all. The beds and linens were very comfortable, unfortunately the couches in the living room were not comfortable at all. The Patio was great, except when the wind came it blew the bar b que cover and all the bottle caps and meat wrappers all over the yard. We never use the bar b que so that was all left from previous renters. Overall we had an okay stay, we would not book this house in the future.

Bumper Pool & Poker Table

Check in was easy, via keyless entry. The location is incredible, very quiet court, excellent restaurant recommemdations. Enjoyed learning and playing bumper pool, nice poker table too. Very clean, a beautuful home!

Awesome Location/Stay

Quiet but friendly court, clean and organized. Very nice stainless steel appliances, great parking for my truck and boat, Havasu state launch 3.8 miles. Great on-site games to play even Corn holes.
