Sleeps up to 6 people, you will be spoilt by the comforts and high quality inclusions of this amazing home.

Situated in the most prestigious suburb of the Northern Illawarra, across the road from the renowned Austinmer Beach and Rockpool, this will be the most memorable holiday home you and your family will ever experience.

A luxury home in every sense, yet comfortable and homely with multiple relaxation and entertainment areas.

The thoughtful design provides for privacy and seamless transition between living and entertaining areas, with plenty of natural light and louvre windows to capture the sea breezes.

There is plenty of secure parking, so there is no need to drive anywhere, just close the electric gate and walk down to the beach and local cafes.
Thirroul township is just two minutes’ drive down the road, with two supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and Anita’s Theatre.

There are more beautiful beaches to discover all along the area, as well as places to visit. The Headlands Hotel is an excellent place for a meal and relaxation indoors and outdoors. Further north you get Scarborough Hotel with its’ amazing beer garden on top of the cliff, and the newly refurbished Clifton Hotel. From there you can take a walk along the Sea Cliff Bridge to soak up the amazing views.

Conditions of Occupation:
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area of Austinmer and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
(g) No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

1. N.S.W. mandatory code of conduct and bond you must abide by the good behaviour requirements of the Mandatory code of conduct.
2. 48 hour cooling off period
3. Please report any issues that arise during your stay so we have an opportunity to rectify it
4. Owner will not be responsible for any loss of enjoyment due to bushfire, storm activity, power failure, beach erosion, excessive seaweed or any other commonly recognised force majeure event.
5. This agreement is governed by the laws of N.S.W.

Beautiful home in Austinmer
The house was beautiful, very clean and only a few minutes by foot away from the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped and there weren’t any problems during our stay here. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

The house was spotless! Seamless check-in, the house had everything we needed for our stay. Minutes walk to Austinmer beach and a lovely stroll to Thirroul for brunch. Looking forward to staying next year

What a stunning place. Incredibly clean, spacious and lovely classy design. Minutes from the beach!
We had a lovely experience. Minutes walk from the beach with a great park for kids and lovely little cafes. Place was incredibly clean, well equipped with everything you need. The property itself is beautifully designed with lovely classy touches all through. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.
