About this property
Tiny Regen Farm Stay by Tiny Away
Summary:
Our 140-acre regenerative farm in Lawrence sits on Dja Dja Wurrung country. We’re turning former grazing land into a diverse, drought-resilient ecosystem. We focus on grass-fed beef and agroforestry, and also have free-ranging geese, ducks, chickens, and friendly dogs.
Guests can hike up the mountain for amazing views, enjoy a cheese platter at sunset, and relax by their own campfire under the stars (May–Dec, weather permitting).
LGBTQIA+ friendly. #TinyHouseVictoria #FarmStay
The Space:
Tiny Regen Farm Stay by Tiny Away is set in a 10 acre paddock overlooking a small pond (and road and valley beyond) and is about 200m from the main residence.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen-sized bed, a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor, and convenient access to water. The kitchenette includes cooking equipment, a microwave, a fridge, and a portable stove stored in the drawers. The bathroom is equipped with an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This off-grid tiny home is powered by solar energy. Please conserve power and use it only when necessary to avoid outages.
As a working regenerative farm, you may hear occasional noise from animals, machinery, or the nearby road. Mud, tall grass, frogs, and insects are all part of the natural experience.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and most of the farm on foot, except for private living areas, sheds, and paddocks with livestock. A map of accessible areas will be provided at check-in. Please do not drive vehicles in the paddocks.
Pre-orders are available with 24 hrs notice:
- Firewood packs are $25 per bag (fires permitted only in safe conditions, with little to no wind)
- Local cheese and meat platters, as well as breakfast packs, are available by prior arrangement
The Neighborhood:
