Indulge in our coffee station, fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, and the convenience of an on-site laundry machine. Entertainment abounds with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Experience comfort, convenience, and relaxation at its finest!

Conveniently located just minutes from Broward North College, Fern Forest Nature Center, shopping centers, and Pompano Beach.

Please note, the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, and our property does not have a mailbox.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.
