This recently remodeled condo features two bedrooms and two full baths which puts you in the perfect location steps away from the world-famous quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach. There is no need to worry about parking, you are a one minute walk to the beach. This ground floor condo has a comfortable feel with newly updated coastal décor and a view of the pool from your lanai. It offers a king size bed in the master and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. Also, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably sleep two. The recently remodeled kitchen provides plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy meals together. For some great restaurants and shopping you can hop on a bike, take a stroll, or grab the free Trolley into the village. La Siesta offers a heated pool, shuffle board courts, recreation room, pool table and a small workout room. Free Wifi and HD TV is included. No pets allowed. Great getaway!

The property was quaint and had everything we needed. It’s an older property but was clean with plenty of towels and linens. There were books and board games and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was nice and we cooked many meals there. The Frog Hop was just a phone call away and every driver was so friendly. The pool was clean and warm. We felt very safe with our young boys. Beach access was excellent! The only two things missing were a pair of scissors and a lighter. We grilled quite a bit on the outdoor grills which were clean and well-kept but we celebrated two birthdays and could have used a lighter to light the candles. Otherwise everything was perfect. Contact with the property manager was easy and kind. We will definitely come back. Everyone was so friendly. My husband and I went for a run every day and the roads have a bike lane and the sidewalks are in excellent condition. What a great vacation!

Clean, great location

This is a walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Very clean. Pool is nice but gets very crowded and it’s no smoking but people still do and it’s annoying for families. Unit was renovated a bit, but things like the comforter and furniture have stains and taped rips, small hole in the master wall. Sink in master bath has standing water and the ice dispenser doesn’t work in the fridge, we had to grab it with cups. Would suggest getting a pot scrubber because some dishes and pans were not clean due to there only being dish rags to clean them with. Definitely paying for the location, it’s next best to ocean front and like I said it was super clean when we got there. I would say a family with two children would be best. There were six of us and we all couldn’t fit to watch tv in the living room at the same time. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

Vacation trip

This condo is very close to the beach all you have to do is walk across the street the pictures are pretty accurate that you see on the website for the condo but it does need a deep cleaning the fan and the light in the master does not work we reported it on Monday still was not fixed before we left, the comforter on the master bed definitely needs to be replaced it was filthy. The master bath is very small hard to dry your hair. Siesta Key is a wonderful place to visit, you can get free rides to the downtown area so no need to drive.

Siesta Key Beach stay

Great location, just across street from the public beach. Condo was as described. Master bath is tiny, floors were a little dirty, but otherwise amenities, kitchen, location, etc we’re all great!

We designed the condo so that you can relax and take in all of Siesta Key living. From the beach to the shops, restaurants, and bars of Siesta Key village, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The condo is located just a one minute walk to the award winning Siesta Key Beach. The lanai of this first floor unit walks right out to the heated pool. No steps or elevators required. The Siesta Key free trolley picks up in front of the condo and runs the length of the island every 20 minutes. No need to drive once you arrive! There is a designated covered parking spot at the condo complex.

What makes this property unique

Renovated November 2016 with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite counter tops, and New Furniture. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sofa bed in the living room is a Queen size memory foam mattress that sleeps 2 additional people. Bathrooms were also updated during the renovation project.
