Direct Gulf front condo with private balcony is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. This direct Gulf-front penthouse Southwest corner condo is ready for you to make vacation memories. This unit has amazing views with wide sliders to the private balcony that wraps around the southern side of the building with two additional windows in the living room, water, water everywhere! The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a TV with cable. The jack and jill bathroom has a tub with a shower. The living room is directly on the Gulf with leather furniture, the sofa is a Queen pull-out sleeper and has a TV with a DVD player. FREE long-distance (US and Canada) and FREE secure WiFi is provided in the condo. This is a Non-Smoking condo.

The property offers a nice gas grill, beachside heated pool, pool area shower, and bathrooms. The property has a laundry room on the 1st floor that uses an app with credit card payment. This complex is a no pet property. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use.

Good stay

Our condo was very spacious and had everything we could ever need. It was clean and the view was just what we wanted. It was just like the pictures with a panoramic view of the ocean.

Nice place as described with outstanding views. I think requiring guests to stop and pick up paperwork that could easily be emailed is the only downside.

Amazing views, wonderful area

What an incredible find...beautiful, sweeping views of the gulf over quiet, uncrowded sugar-sand beaches that are right at your feet. Amazing dining so close at Villa Galace, superb coffee at Indian Shores Coffee only steps away, and bangin' fried pickles down the road at Broken & Board!If you work out, Beachfront Fitness is only a couple of miles away and it's a STEAL at 32/week for a pass.All in all - this place is awesome...don't you dare take my slot for next year!

Fun and relaxing getaway

The condo was very nice and clean and the views were beautiful you could see the sunrises and sunsets. Would definetly go there again. The property management company were also very friendly and helpful. All around good experience. Location was perfect in between beach towns both ways.

We love staying at the Chateaux and have never been disappointed.

With the one bedroom units it is perfect for my husband and I. We enjoy the pool and the beach and the fact that we can easily go back and forth throughout the day. Neither are ever overcrowded. The location is convenient to many restaurants and other entertainment.

Perfect beachfront

This was a perfect property for my sister and I to relax and spend a week. The beach and nightly sunsets were amazing! Not too crowded - which is what we were looking for. Condo was a bit under supplied - no hand towels or washcloths, garbage bags, hand soap, etc.... Overall a great location and relaxing week.

Great trip

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Our condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. The unit could use some updating (like replacing the carpet and leather chairs). The view of the sunsets from the balcony was amazing! Would have liked to have more than a tiny table and 2 chairs on the huge balcony. Would absolutely stay here again!

Elevator Issue

We had a great stay and very pleasant neighbors on the property! Nice beach access and decent condo. Could use some more kitchen supplies and update the living room tv but overall decent stay. The only complaint was that at the time of booking it stated nothing about the elevator being down so my 6month pregnant wife and I had to climb up and down 5 flights of stairs. Had we known about the elevator issues we would have chosen a different location, however after talking with plumee that did issue a discount that eased the pain a little!

Amazing!

Best vacation spot! We fell in love with the city. There are many things to do, whether it be on the beach, that's accessible from the Condominiums, restaurants are close, as well as places for family activities, such as mini golf. The condo was really nice, all essentials were provided, but it could be a bit more updated, nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean view, the sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Can't wait to go back!

Property was ok and clean. Really needs an update. Balcony was large however outdoor furniture was lacking. One table and 2 chairs for that large L-shaped balcony. Could have been so much nicer. Bedroom was WAY too small for 2 beds.

Great Location - Great view of the ocean!

This property was in a great location with a wonderful view. Plenty of shopping, food, and entertainment options close to the condo. Very clean. Our only suggestion would be that the owners need to update the condo. For example, the porch chairs were broken and everything was generally very old. Towels and linens were very broken down from years of continuous use and re-washing.

Gorgeous view; very spacious

For a one-bedroom condo, this place felt very spacious. It was very clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The decor is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. But we did not let that ruin our stay. Everything was very clean. Please upgrade your beach chairs, and most of them are broken and unusable. Also, the elevator did not have any airflow and made me feel a bit claustrphobic, but that is no fault of this owner/condo. Overall, we were very pleased and I would definitely return to this condo in Inidan Shores.

Great location, great view

Overall we had a very nice stay. The property is well maintained, good location, and in a quiet area. The unit itself needs some TLC - very old carpeting, old uncomfortable beds and furniture, and the bathroom definitely needs a remodel. The management company was helpful and responsive, but we didn’t really need much. I didn’t like having to go to the office the next day to “complete check in” because we arrived later in the evening. I also did not like that all of the beach equipment, even pool towels, had to be rented, but that was clear in the rental agreement so we knew what we were getting to

Amazing views on Indian Shores

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days at the end of December. The views from the condo are excellent. We did want to note that the carpet has been replaced with hard wood which is a nice touch. The reclining chairs are nice to sit in and watch the view. The deck is very nice. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishware. We didn't do much cooking but I will note there are very few spices. You will need to purchase these basic things. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of storage for clothing with a dresser and a walk-in closet. The pool was heated at a nice comfortable temperature for this time of the year. No complaints we enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

October Beach Week

As always my husband and I loved our stay at a Chateaux condo. Consistent quality in all units. The view from our corner room defies description. Simply amazing. The living room furniture and the beds were quite comfortable. The only improvement I would offer is that other condos at Chateaux have all had at least 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available in the condo and a few staples in the cabinets such as salt, pepper, a few basic seasonings and coffee filters. Our unit had none of these things. Bottom line - would I stay in that unit again? In a heartbeat!
