ENTRANCE/GREAT ROOM:
You’ll easily find your groove in this welcoming space, starting in the clean-lined, high-ceilinged foyer. Head back to the spacious, contemporary-style great room and relax on the stylish collection of sofas and chairs, perfectly arranged for conversation and connection with your guests.

KITCHEN/DINING:
When you’re ready to nosh together, step over to a fabulous open-plan kitchen that’s fully equipped with premium appliances, custom blue and white cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, and white marble countertops. Linger over breakfast or cocktails at the kitchen island with stools—then set the long, festive dining table for a sit-down feast.

POOL/PATIO:
The private swimming pool sanctuary at the back of the house has everything you need to make a splash with your guests. Beyond the gigantic pool itself (15 x 40 feet), you can also enjoy soaking in the spillover spa or lounging poolside in comfy chaises. Play pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball, and watch the kids swish down the mini waterslide. Go ahead and work up an appetite—then whip up something delectable in the summer kitchen with its built-in grill and shaded table and chairs. Pool party, anyone?

ARCADE ROOM:
If arcade games get you jazzed, you’re in luck in this house. This super-cool recreation hub has a primo collection, from Pac-Man to air hockey to an exhilarating racing game.

ROCK ‘N’ ROLL ROOM:
It’s all about music and good times in this spectacular, custom-designed “Rock n’ Roll” hideaway that’s made for memorable hangouts. The garage has been transformed into a harmonious hub with comfy couches, rock ‘n’ roll band posters, and 2D electric guitars on the ceiling. Crank up your favorite tunes, chill out in the comfy seating area, and be sure to try out this room’s Rock N' Roll-themed arcade games—Step Mania, Guitar Hero, and Aerosmith Pinball!

GAME LOFT:
The fun continues upstairs, where this open-plan recreation loft beckons with a pool table and a slew of classic games (think ring toss, darts, and wall Scrabble). If you need a little veg-out time, sink into the couch and flip on the big-screen smart TV.

MOVIE THEATER:
Who hasn’t dreamed of having their very own home theater? Your personal cinema is fully equipped with reclining chairs, an 86-inch screen, and surround-sound. All you need is some popcorn and snacks, and you’re in movie heaven!

FITNESS ROOM:
Exercising is hardly a chore when you have a personal gym with shiny new workout equipment. Get your heart pumping on the treadmill, stationary bike, or lift weights.

THEMED BEDROOMS:
The little ones will do a happy dance when they discover this home’s trio of incredible themed bedrooms. Filled with imaginative features, each one doubles as a playroom, while promising a sweet night’s rest.

The magic starts in the first-floor Safari Dreamland—this home’s extra-spacious and ultra-amazing “12th bedroom” that comfortably sleeps six. A zebra, giraffe, lion, and elephant are among your wall-art companions in this savannah-themed haven. The kids can sleep (or play) in a safari Jeep that doubles as a bunk bed, and then zoom down two slides (including one decked out in animal print).

In the Mousy Playhouse room upstairs, your smallest guests will love visiting their favorite animated mouse in her pretty pink abode. This vivid-hued room is full of fantasy and fun with a bright blue sky overhead, two hidden bunk beds, a kid-sized ladder, and a twisty, polka-dotted slide.

BEDROOMS:
Not to worry! This house pampers grownups, too, with serene bedrooms spread out between the first and second floors, offering a wide choice of sleep options.

Those who enjoy first-floor convenience can choose from a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, you’ll find five more gorgeously appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. In every room, revel in high-end bedding, sleek yet warm contemporary-style décor, and beautiful en suite bathrooms with plush amenities.
