Our resort condominium is steps from the beach and provides a unique balance between upscale amenities and thoughtful eco-friendly touches, such nature trails, restoration of natural areas and unique construction techniques. Located directly on the beach, this is a haven for action enthusiasts and naturalists alike. Mustang Island is the destination for the best kitesurfing on the Texas coast. Ride your bike on the beach, fish off the walkable beachfront jetty, explore the surrounding wetland nature preserve, hike, windsurf and so much more. We’ll provide you a curated list of opportunities for exploration — both in and around Lively Beach.

If relaxation is your goal, you’re in the right place. Because Lively is surrounded by natural wetlands and the largest sand dune on Mustang Island, a sea breeze and sense of peace is part of the natural landscape. Wake up to Gulf views and curl up with a book from your book nook. The open-air spaces in our riad-style design brings you closer to nature while still offering plenty of privacy.

This one bedroom two full bathroom with den and patio condominium offers the flexibility to comfortably accommodate six guests. There is also a gathering area with the ground floor patio that is perfect for relaxing. Just as stylish as our other condominiums with a full kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a dining table. The master bedroom has a king bed and wall mounted high definition television. There is also a comfortable den with closing door, a modern fold out king sleep sofa, coffee table and television. There is another fold out king sleep sofa in the living area as well as a desk work area.

Private location access to nice section of public beach

Plenty of room to spread out, updated furnishings, large dining table and full kitchen. Beautiful large pool and private access to a nice section of the public beach but also very close drivable entrance if you want to drive on the beach. Office/shop is open till 11 if you need extra towels, coffee pods, etc. there isn’t any room service during the stay but the staff is very helpful. Our coffee maker was broken and they immediately brought us a new one. There aren’t any brooms or rugs by the door to catch sand so that would be a nice addition or the option of a light cleaning.

Modern dessert tropical getaway

The location was fantastic. The room was clean and the decor was great. I loved the dessert tropical landscaping. My only complaint would me be the glass doors. If someone was sleeping in the bedroom and somebody turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the whole bedroom. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic!

4th of July Fun

Property was wonderful. The only issue was signing up on VRBO - thought we would be in a specific unit that appeared to be noted on the website - does not state that it is more like a hotel then a condo and assigned a unit like it. Ended up being fine - same floor plan and on first floor - but just confusing. People very friendly - would definitely go back.

beach get away

The condo resort is nice. Great beach access and close drive to restaurants. Our Keurig did not work and we told three separate people about it and never got a replacement!!!

Everything was great. The unit was Complete with anything we could need and more. So many areas for our family to enjoy being outside (and inside) in complete comfort. We would definitely stay here again.
