New Claim has a large indoor hot tub that is open year-round. It is located downtown in the Prospector area and just steps to the free bus stop. Within walking distance is the Silver Mountain Sports Club and Kids Cabin childcare (state licensed hourly) facility located in the Silver Mountain Sports Club (available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm). There are also some great walk-able dining options as well.

Bringing a car? There are also parking passes in the guest book for first come, first served spaces in and of the Prospector parking lots.

Another great perk this space offers storage for two mountain bikes. The bike storage is in a locker at the entryway of the building making it super convenient to use.

Our stay

Very nice property, everything worked as listed. Needs updating of couch and table and curtains. Other than that beds were comfortable, kitchen was nice and property was close to food and bus to ski areas

Ski trip

My family enjoyed our stay here for a ski trip. Conveniently located right at a free park city bus stop. The condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location

The condo was an easy 5 min drive to Park city ski resort. The condo itself is very small and no more than 2 people can fit in the kitchen. We were there for a week and with 4 people it was very cozy. I would say it’s a perfect place for a couple and maybe a small kid or two adults who need separate rooms. The bed in the master was like sleeping on a cloud—absolutely devine! I wish the kitchen had a few more standard items like a working can opener, a colander, a full size coffee pot, and a liquid measuring cup.

Property was very clean. It does have a funky smell to it. We just aired it out when we arrived. Property is not as roomy as it appears in photos. In master bedroom you have to side step around bed. Master bath was very tight as well. Overall the property was good.

Smell

There seemed to be a smell in the condo when entering. Similar to if a mouse had died in the walls. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. Thank you.
