This brand-new custom-built home offers the perfect Rangeley getaway, featuring stunning views of both Saddleback Mountain and Rangeley Lake. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Saddleback Mountain and only moments from downtown Rangeley, you'll have easy access to skiing, dining, and all the charm of the area.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a cozy living room complete with a Smart TV and WiFi. With three spacious levels, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

After a day of outdoor fun, head downstairs to the game area with a ping pong table and second living space, or relax by the fire pit on the patio. A Weber grill, washer/dryer, generator backup, and three window A/C units add comfort and convenience. You'll even find a single-hoop basketball court for a little friendly competition. 30 Hilltop is the perfect location for your Rangeley adventure!

Beautiful, extra clean, brand new place! It is layed out well, with large private bedrooms, big kitchen and living room ideal for hanging out with the entire family. It also has breathtaking views of Saddleback!

Perfect November Stay!

Beautiful home with beautiful views in a quiet cul-de-sac, super close to town. Had everything we needed and enjoyed our time in this new home while we hiked and enjoyed the activities in Rangeley. Kids loved the ping pong table and plenty of room for us to all spread out. Thank you

Very new house with a great kitchen and roomy modern bathrooms, beds are new and very comfortable. The views over the lake and town were spectacular from the very comfortable living room. Close enough to town for convenience but the location and setting is relaxing and makes it feel remote. Seamless experience and would stay again.

Great location and views!

Our group came to snowmobile and the location was great for that. We had plenty of parking for two large trailers and several trucks. The house was close to both downtown Rangeley and Oquossoc, and had incredible views of the mountains. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation at Hilltop! Thank you Morton and Furbish for another successful rental!

Fantastic family rental

This rental was a perfect fit for our family. The hills surrounding the house were perfect for sledding. The connection to the snowmobile trail was also convenient. Also close to town. Most of all I praise the staff at the rental company for their timely responses to ANY questions that I had from the moment of booking to the end of stay! Superb customer service!

Rangeley retreat

Stayed at 33 Hilltop in early August, family of four. Property was fantastic…clean, spacious, and great views of the lake. Beds were comfortable and linens are fresh. Lots of room, could easily host more people. Fire pit and ping pong were a hit with the kids. Location is close to town with plenty to do in the area. Management was responsive and accommodating, promptly bringing us a set of cooking knives when asked. Overall a great trip. We were happy to call this place home for the week!

This house is very clean and gorgeous, it is private area and so quiet. Has a nice porch we all relaxed on, nice breeze. The fire pit is awesome as well. Close to town but private. The house has all the amenities you need, it is everything you see and then some. We had a great day on the lake renting a pontoon boat. The little shops in town are fun. We would all love to come back for some snowmobiling this winter.

Beautiful Comfortable Home

Good Morning, we enjoyed our stay. The home is a 3 bedroom and could use some shades especially in the bedrooms. Also, there wasn't a hair dryer or Iron in the home. Can't wait to stay at 30 Hilltop in March! The views are breath taking. Thank you the Jacques
