Welcome to "Hav Hus" meaning Sea Home in Danish! Enjoy complimentary 2:00 pm late checkout for stays between March and November 2026!

Centrally located, a short stroll will either find you sipping on a coffee in the main street or dipping your toes in the water at the beach. This coastal home is your next holiday oasis in the beautiful seaside town of Inverloch.

The large upper-level wrap around deck is the perfect place to watch the kids enjoy the fully fenced backyard, sit amongst the birdlife sipping your morning coffee or gathering the family for a beautiful summers evening BBQ.

The home cleverly integrates the entertaining and accommodation areas. Welcoming you into the home, you will immediately be drawn to the lower level living space by the warm coastal feel of the timber floating floor. The ground level also offers three generously sized bedrooms, each with their own built-in robe as well as the family bathroom, including separate toilet. There is also a good-sized laundry with external access and wonderful storage options.

Upstairs you will find the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto the expansive decking. The perfect spot for entertaining and enjoying your time with family and friends! You are also treated to a spectacular master bedroom complete with a large sized walk-in robe and ensuite. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooking, dishwasher, and central island bench. This area also features a newly installed gas fireplace. Just perfect for those cold winter nights! With coastal tones and a modern finish, this home seamlessly blends coastal living, sophistication, and comfort.

The house itself was very accommodating for the 6 of us.

The house was spacious with 2 living areas, modern interior with everything we needed. It was in close proximity to eateries and our needs. The only downside was the main bathroom was not cleaned and the laundry had used bedding in the trough.

Fabulous for families

My family had a wonderful time at this Holiday Home. It was beautifully presented as the photos showed, clean and comfortable. We did not need for anything, other than a can opener. It may of been there but we couldn't find it. With parents upstairs and kids downstairs it made for a great break for all. A short walk to beach and you could hear the ocean from the deck outside. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful holiday home.
