The Space:

Inside, the open living area creates a warm and inviting space to gather. A spacious sectional surrounds an 86” Smart TV and electric fireplace, making it the perfect place for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day exploring the nearby desert trails, golf courses, and restaurants of Cave Creek and North Scottsdale.



The adjacent dining space features a round glass table with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and conversation.



The updated kitchen blends clean design with everyday functionality. White shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with bar seating create a bright and practical space for cooking and entertaining. A breakfast table overlooking the backyard offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or casual meals.

Located in one of the most desirable zipcodes North of Phoenix in the heart of Tatum Ranch and the Tatum Ranch Golf Club. Just minutes from Safeway, Frys, and Starbucks (the essentials), and a short drive to Desert Ridge Dining & Entertainment complex and the 101 loop.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Compliance with City Ordinance: This property strictly adheres to the regulations outlined in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). As a responsible host, our short-term registration number is 2022-2478, ensuring compliance with the city's requirements.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
