Coastal Holiday Retreat Escape -only a 12 minute walk to the white sands of Rosebud/McCrae beach. Close to cafes, shops, Rosebud cinema and only a short drive to the local wineries, golf courses and Peninsula Hot Springs. This 12 month old property offers a seamless fusion of indoor-outdoor contemporary living. This coastal haven is fully furnished (with new furniture) throughout and has a new BBQ and great outdoor area for you to enjoy.

Please be aware we do not rent to schoolies or anyone under the age of 25.

A copy of your drivers license or passport is required by guests staying at the property for security reasons.

MIN 7 NIGHT STAY MID DEC – END OF JAN, MIN 3 NIGHT STAY FOR EASTER, LONG WEEKENDS, SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & MIN 2 NIGHT STAY ALL OTHER TIMES. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, hand/body soap, shampoo and toilet paper(4 rolls).

Pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers & blankets are provided
