A gorgeous property on Balsam Lake with everything you'll need. Gracious hosts, plenty of space, family-oriented backyard, friendly community. We rented a pontoon boat from Rosedale Marina and had fun exploring the locks.

In 25 years of renting, we have never seen such disrespect for our home away from home. For starters, they used 26 towels for 7 people and the cleaning staff had to spend twice the time cleaning up all the garbage and bathrooms that were disgusting.

So much to do - so little time! Badminton, basketball, boce ball, fishing, canoeing and kayaking all available (we didn't play horseshoes though there was a pit on site). We took advantage of it all! Lake was busy on the weekend (as expected) but quieter through the week. Plenty of space for everyone and my boys loved the fishing and campfires.
