Summary: Brand new construction! GORGEOUS MODERN TOWNHOME that is located in the incredible Haynie's corner district of downtown Evansville! 3 Bedrooms that are nicely appointed, four total beds, and 2.5 baths make for an incredible stay with all you need!
You're very close proximity to everything you'd come to Evansville for! Enjoy secure garage parking, the private deck off the master bedroom, and the killer master ensuite!
Right next to the townhome, about a pitching wedge away, there's a bar called mo's house which is very popular. Right next to Mo's is a restaurant called Schymik's Kitchen. Across the street from there, there's a fine dining restaurant called Sauced that has a nice bar inside as well. There's a convenience shop next to that restaurant then there's a very popular bar called Bokeh Lounge. Up the street, about 500 yards, there's a breakfast joint called Penny Lane; very cool place. There are events going on at this corner all the time. It's also right next to the river where there are a few events throughout the year as well.
This area is right next to downtown Evansville where the Ford Stadium is located. We love our country singers as well as basketball and hockey teams. It’s also only a few minutes drive to the new IU school of Medicine.
The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of downtown Evansville; Haynie's corner! Charm, entertainment, dining, night life, it all awaits in this beautiful midwestern town rich in history!

There are no window coverings on the sliding glass door in the master bedroom, which does not provide a safe feeling and allows a lot of light in from the street light that is right by there. Additionally the window covering for the bathroom is sheer, which when looking in that window you can see the glass shower.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Evansville Country Club. Proximity was pretty good. Beds were pretty comfortable. The three bedrooms had good space and the master is quite nice. Coffee pot. NO K-Cup situation happening here. There was a neat night life experience just a block over with live music and food trucks. We did order pizza from Spanky's at the end of the block and it was delicious!
Our family stayed here for a UOE Masters Graduation. The location was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and the school. The property met our expectations and worked great for the weekend.
We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Overall, the place was great & I would consider staying there again. A few minor changes would make this 5-star. First, the place would benefit from professional detailed cleaning and organizing/decluttering. There were a few dusty/grimy areas that were overlooked and personal items left in various closets, drawers, & cabinets that detracted from the overall experience. Next, not all windows had sufficient coverings for privacy. The doors from the master bedroom to the balcony had no covering and the window of the master bath had a sheer curtain. There were other windows that lacked coverings. Finally, having a remote for the garage door would make this place perfect.

Sisters’ weekend
The lack of responses prior to check in was very frustrating. The property was nice, with modern touches, though the furnishings are very dated. Very close to everything. We would stay there again.
We had a 4 day stay in this very nice 3 bedroom condo with a garage. Property is newly built and very secure. We enjoyed our river walks (just a mile away) and the restaurant culture in downtown ( just a mile away) The hosts were very helpful. Thank you Dylan !
The home is really charming and roomy. The furniture, although dated, takes you right back to the 70's. Kitchen table leg is cracked. Internet never worked. Need to clean mirror's and rugs in bathroom and bedroom. Refrigerator needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we totally enjoyed our stay!!!

First…..if you’re driving anything larger than a skateboard, good luck pulling into the “drive” and garage. The narrow alley, telephone poles, trash cans and other vehicles in the alley necessitated us having to find street parking (we were able to park in the garage once but could barely open our vehicle doors). Once inside, we were surprised by the lack of general upkeep and the scrapes and smudges on the walls and other surfaces. Rugs and bath mats were disgusting (we used a towel for a bath mat). The cold air return vents have filters in them (an oddity but not uncommon) and they’re SO filthy the air can hardly pass thru……causing the HVAC system to sound like a clogged leaf blower. So……speaking of the HVAC, we had no heat in the lower level of the unit from 5:00 p.m. on a Wednesday until 2:00 p.m. on Friday. The property owner/mgr was in communication with us and tried to help but, due to the commitments which necessitated our travel to Evansville in the first place, we were unable to arrange a time to meet the HVAC technician until we’d been there almost 48 hours. Fortunately, the heat upstairs worked, so we just spent our time sitting on the beds (a couple of chairs upstairs would be a nice addition). Speaking of chairs, the furnishings in the unit look like a mix of poor college student and Goodwill castoffs. Combine that with semi-good housekeeping and you’ll leave your clothes in your suitcase rather than consider using a dresser drawer. Overall….not impressed.
New build property in an up-and-coming neighborhood. The townhome itself was new, but the furnishings were on the old side. Once I remembered how to communicate with the property manager, via an email I got and quit trying to communicate through the Vrbo app, the check in process was a breeze and they accommodated us easily for an early check-in, which we appreciated. The kitchen had all the basics, and I didn’t want for anything I looked for. Though a pod coffee maker would be an improvement. I would definitely rent again should the need arise.
This property, although in a nice location close to the river and some cute restaurants, was poorly (if at all) cleaned. Food grease on the kitchen cabinets, food product and liquid spills down the cabinets, dust everywhere. There were not enough towels for 6 guests or appropriate pots and pans. The owner was notified immediately and someone else was sent with additional Clorox wipes. I took pictures of the filth and sent it to Vrbo with no remediation. This was our first stay with Vrbo and we were so disappointed. We will not be using this company again. I did not want to write this review but in good conscience, it is not fair for someone else to experience what we did. Very disappointing on so many levels.
Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. Condo has all you need provided: garbage bags, dish soap & detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Well lit bright newer building condo with garage to park a vehicle & easily unload. Master suite is wonderful with comfortable bed too!
Loved the open feel of kitchen living space and walking out front door to sidewalk to walk to eat or just go for a walk. This place is perfect for visiting or working. We had a work meeting in the kitchen living room & it was perfect for everyone. All bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs so you have to be able to walk upstairs. 1/2 bath off kitchen which was perfect for our meeting people. Would stay here again!!
