This delightfully appointed efficiency cottage is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Oriental, easily within walking distance to anywhere in the Village. Sailors, adventurers, weekend warriors, artists and those who are just looking to get away will enjoy this ramped, dog friendly efficiency apartment located in the heart of the Village of Oriental. Come for a few nights, a week or more. This property is within walking distance to the Oriental Harbor, a coffee shop, a variety of restaurants, a couple of art galleries, shopping, brewery, marinas, Oriental boat ramp and more.
Serendipity Cottage features an open combination living, kitchen, dining and bedroom with queen bed and full bath with shower. Kitchenette has everything you need for your stay including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig, cups, plates, utensils, and basic cookware. WiFi and Internet TV is complimentary. Linens and towels are provided for your stay. Off street parking is available in shared parking lot.
Nearest boat ramp is located less than a mile away in Oriental. Driveway has plenty of room to park your vehicle and boat/trailer.

From Oriental you can take advantage of day trips to the beach, Outer Banks, historic New Bern or to quaint coastal towns with the best that seafood restaurants have to offer. This area offers the best in fishing, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding twelve months out of the year
**One dog is allowed under 25 lbs. Pet fee is $25 per day per dog. Pet fee is collected by the host prior to arrival**
Stays longer than 27 days will be assessed an additional cleaning fee, collected by host prior to arrival.
