This charming vacation home features a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, a large open living room with plenty of sunlight, a fully equipped kitchen with access to lanai area and breakfast bar seating for three. Dining room is just off the kitchen and seats four people.

The spacious master bedroom has a comfy king size bed and an En suite bathroom with walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen size bed while the second room has 2 twin beds featuring a Jack and Jill guest bathroom that comes with a tub/shower combo. This home also has a 3rd room with a futon that folds down to sleep 2 more people if needed. Every bedroom has its own streaming enabled Smart TV that includes Hulu and Netflix. High-speed internet throughout the home.

Relax in this private outdoor oasis with electric heated swimming pool, spa and view of the gulf access canal. The covered lanai is functionally designed with outdoor dining, a propane BBQ grill, and pool lounge chairs for your enjoyment. For boating enthusiasts, this canal provides access to the Gulf through Finisterre Lake and Tarpon Point. *Please note that boat dock and lift are unavailable and not included in the rental

Great stay

We had an amazing time at this property, great area close to many attractions. Great area for a morning walk, heated pool and pet friendly, what more could you ask for.

Very nice and simple place. Quite neighborhood with a great view. Enjoyed the sun sets over the canal from the pool. Inside of home is dated and could use some upgrades.

Lights in bedrooms were a pull chain very unhandy to use. The light in living area full of bugs. Garage door opener did not work. Shower curtain stained and dirty. Metal screws all over driveway. Dirty shirt still in dryer from previous guest. Living room furniture needs updated. Main TV needs updated to newer larger model. Maters bath light was terrible. Pool jacuzzi would not work. Disappointed for the price was expecting better.

Thank you for your feedback. We are saddened to learn that your experience was less than satisfactory. As soon as you notified us of these issues, we brought a new garage door opener. We also adjusted the spa so that it worked for the entirety of your stay. We refunded one night stay for these issues that were immediately addressed. Nevertheless, we apologize for these issues, and we hope we will have the chance to accommodate you again with an improved experience.

Worse place we ever stayed

Got there and tv in living room would show local stations. Called property manager who came out. Wasn’t able to get stations so came out with antenna for smart tv. Could get them once but when tv turned off local stations would be gone. Would have to retry downloading stations again. If you could find them you had to go thru 400 stations to find them. All lights had pull cords that you couldn’t reach to turn on bedroom lights. Had to get them to put on extension so I could not stand on bed to turn light on. Furniture very uncomfortable. Everything was low to ground. Would never go back or recommend for anyone else.
