Lift to get your groceries upstairs 3 Televisions with TV and lounge suite in bunk room downstairs to separate from children if need be.. Double oven microwave and air fryer plus bar b q makes for easy living. Garage locked and unavailable Linen is not supplied you need to bring sheets pillowcases and towels Can be arranged for a charge on request Washing machine available Sleeps 12.5

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you have had linen supplied please strip the sheets and used pillow cases and leave in foyer by lift along with towels
All rubbish is in appropriate bins outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No noisy parties please be considerate of our elderly neighbours whose bedroom is straight across from front deck
Rubbish bins must be put out to kerb Sunday night or before you leave please otherwise a disposal charge will be charged.
