We were extremely pleased with the home and the gardens!! Absolutely stunning!Great outdoor sitting areas to enjoy the view of the water. Communication with the owner was seamless - and he even brought in flowers for the house! It was a great stay for a long weekend to visit family. I highly recommend this house.
This was a family get-together and we just loved this house! We had 2 dogs--they absolutely loved the large fenced in yard. The house was nicely appointed, very modern in style. The decking and landscaping were lovely--the view of the sound was awesome! We saw eagles, tons of birds, ships/boats/etc, and a humpback whale right out from our yard If we return, we will definitely rent again!
Spent a few days here to just relax and decompress. Very quiet and an amazing view of the water. We spent many hours just sitting on the deck watching the boats go by.

What a serene her away. The views of the sounds weee complimented by the wonderful landscaping and flowers. Absolutely perfect stay
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was private and peaceful with amazing water views from the living room, bedrooms and hot tub!
Fabulous kitchen and overall a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back !
This house is amazing and the property is beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the boats in the Puget Sound, on clear days you can see the Seattle skyline and Mount Rainer. We cooked everyday in the kitchen and supplies in the kitchen are adequate. It’s a very nice and peaceful place to stay.
We spent a few days here and were able to entice our young 20 something kids to join us. A wonderful location with amazing views (Rainier AND Baker, the Cascades and of course the water). We spotted a lot of amazing birds and even saw a few whales from the J Pod. The grounds were superbly manicured and the house offered all the comforts we could ask for. Highly recommend!
I stayed here with friends for my daughter’s wedding at Kingston House. This place is so nice. Very relaxing with plenty of places to hang out, inside and out. Loved the hottub with coffee in the morning. We all want to come
Back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
This was a perfect place to get away from everything. One could pretend the world had shrunk to only your sightline. This house was a great place for family concentrating on family. This house was well appointed, clean with beautiful gardens. The views were spectacular.
This place was just as amazing as advertised! Amazing views! Fully fenced in very large yard so my small dog was in heaven! So much space to play fetch! Furniture was all super comfortable and the place had everything we needed. The jetted tub in the main bedroom was so relaxing. This place was just what we needed for a nice relaxing weekend away from Seattle. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place!

A Piece of Paradise!!!
My family and I had an amazing, peaceful and loving time at the Pilot Point vacation home! The views are breathtaking!!! Postcard photos! The house is very comfortable and ample, we especially enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor fireplace very much.Great location near Bainbridge, where we enjoyed wonderful restaurants.Clear and helpful communication with the owners, who allowed us to check in earlier, always appreciated!Definitely worth a second visit!
A beautiful property -- park like landscaping, views, well equippedonly complaint would be small towel supply and a utility room that reeked of wet dog

You Can't Beat the View
Great location, just minutes from the Kingston Ferry. Very well-appointed home with plenty of room for the three couples in our group. All the essentials you need to prepare meals including a great barbeque grill. The hot tub and sauna are well kept and very clean. While no beach access the view makes up for it and the vessel watch was great.
Beautiful house and incredible view. The waterway is ever changing and a constant source of delight. Important to know that all sinks and range are very high and some kitchen items hard to reach. The peace and quiet and beautiful grounds allow for much day dreaming.
Husband and I stayed with our Labradoodle, Zoey. The views were amazing, beds were comfortable, so many little details were included. Zoey loved the fenced in yard and all the critters to watch (deer, bunnies, squirrels and birds). The only negative was neighbors happen to have a boisterous party during our visit (including a live band and outdoor movie) that went until 1am. However, with the 4th of July... noise from fireworks or a party is pretty much expected. We already had earplug pack.
A beautiful home and surrounding gardens with an amazing view. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend!! Having a fenced in yard for our Cocker Spaniel was a real bonus.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The house is wonderful the grounds and gardens are incredible and the views are spectacular! The house was well equipped with cooking utensils. The linens were clean and towels nicely laid out. Instructions for the fire pit and jacuzzi were great. I had great communication with the homeowner. The management company, Evolve, wasn’t the most efficient but they were ok. Definitely would book this property again.
