This newly built home has been freshly styled throughout giving it such a coastal homey feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need. You can sit back on the deck or patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean, entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ or snuggle up in the living area with the cosy indoor fireplace.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
