Escape to Somers in the famous Mornington Peninsula location and stay in this modern, bright and open-plan home. Breathtaking panoramic views of Western Port Bay and located in a quiet neighbourhood. This 3 BR home sleeping 6 guests captures the essence of the Peninsula. Located in a great spot next to the creek and minutes away from a walking track to the beach.

The open plan living is thoughtfully designed for comfortable living including a fireplace to keep you cosy on those cold nights.

THE SPACE
A little slice of heaven is located in Somers along the Mornington Peninsula. Just a hop skip and jump from the beach, cafes and parks. This three-bedroom, two bathrooms home is the perfect spot for any coastal getaway.

This newly built home has been freshly styled throughout giving it such a coastal homey feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need. You can sit back on the deck or patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean, entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ or snuggle up in the living area with the cosy indoor fireplace.

If you are looking for privacy - look no further! This wonderful home with amazing panoramic views home offers much to ensure your holiday is well deserved.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this before your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

The house is set in a beautiful well maintained native garden. Very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location for a beach holiday. It was a relaxing and peaceful house.

We had a great time and absolutely loved the area. Where the property located is so beautiful and with the sound of the ocean it’s even more relaxing! Very practical property with everything you need. Couple of stains on the bed sheets but overall very clean. Definitely will book again.

A super easy and impressively designed property
This home was such a pleasure to stay in. The architecture was very impressive, modern and free flowing. The location of the home on the estuary was better than expected. An exceptionally short walk and you were on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, it helps if condiments and random pantry items are available. The house would benefit from a comfy couch to lounge on, the current one was too stiff and difficult to relax in. The open plan and floorboards make the house very loud. But if given the chance, we will be definitely stay again.

A piece of paradise
We didn't want to leave this gorgeous architect designed home. It's perfectly situated only 1 minute away from Somers beach and whisper quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds very comfortable, the shower is amazing - great water pressure, and the views are sublime. Somers is so quiet, nothing like the summer Mornington madness and this property is a perfect place to recharge. We can't wait to go back for another restful stay.
