Great family home

Large accommodations to allow extended family to all be under one roof. Not the cleanest property - some signs of age (eg mold in bathrooms) but overall it was good. Very responsive staff.

Great house to host friends near the beach

Great house to host friends near the beach. Tons of space for cooking, hanging out at the pool, and having a good time. Convenient location to the neighborhood amenities, the beach, the grocery store, and restaurants nearby.

Great time in Corrolla

Beautiful house, plenty of space. Elevator made it easy to bring things in since kitchen is on 3rd floor. Had a great time. Property manager was very responsive. Neighborhood has very nice amenities. Can take trolley to beach, not an easy walk. Opportunities: Beds in the kids bedroom were squeaky making it difficult to sleep. The frying pans need to be replaced. Note: Bikes on property are not part of the rental.

Our Travel Group of 9 adults had a wonderful fellowship in the Outer Banks. The Bees Knees location was an excellent choice and the house was magnificent.

Great Time

2 families stayed here and had a great time. House had lots of space. Communication was very good with Kees. Had a little difficulty getting into front door due to tricky latch, but other than that property was clean and as mentioned spacious. Love the 2 dishwashers , two sets of washer dryers.. make it easy for two large families. Pool and hot tub has some sand in it from previous stay, but water was clean and pool guy was there twice while we were there to add chemicals etc.. The elevator was a big plus as we needed it to u load and assist with a family member getting from top to bottom. Would def stay again.

Great house for large group

The house was perfect for our mixed gender group. We were a few moms and teens. There was plenty of space for everyone to get away and also space for everyone to hang out.

Amenities that were promised, were not accessible.

There was one problem after the next, wasn't able to get in when we first arrive due to a dead door coder, wasn't able to use Wi-Fi, couldn't access the heater, two of the TV didn't work so one of the rooms setup for kids wasn't able to used, they didn't have any soaps when we first arrived housekeeping brought some on second day of arrival and some areas of house wasn't clean and some areas was dusty. Some of the the issues Kees did try to address but it was an owner situation that they had no control over. We requested compensation for all the issues that we ran into but we haven't got any word back on it as of yet.
