Beautiful home in downtown St.John within easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Having a parking spot was a bonus! Each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom! One note is no bathroom on main floor. Beautiful outdoor seating areas with hot tub. Would highly recommend this home. Host had great suggestions of restaurants and things you do in the area!

Just to sum up our short and brief stay in St. John’s. Candace and Frank have done an excellent job in ensuring your stay has no bumps in the road. Their detailed link explaining everything about the property and more importantly the surrounding area (crucial for those not having a lot of time) was greatly appreciated. The property exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and well stocked supplies. Each evening you looked forward to coming back to the property to unwind and relax with a nice fire too. Thanks!

Victorian Perfection!

We had the most lovely trip to St. John's with our little family and our parents. Everything was immaculate and no detail forgotten. It was much better than a 5 star hotel. Candace and team were extremely responsive even before we arrived. She had noticed an overcharge on our account from VRBO's end and solved it for us immediately. If you are headed to St. John's, do not hesitate to book this property!

Once in a Lifetime Family Trip

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful Victorian Home. Comfortable with everything you could possibly think of at your fingertips. The location was ideal. Our host Candace was so helpful and communicative throughout our stay, and even helped us arrange for an Instacart food delivery for our very late arrival on our first night. We took advantage of all the recommended tours and had a fabulous time. Our grandchildren teens, and preteens loved it all and that’s saying a lot. The adults were even more impressed. Can’t wait to return. Thank you so much for providing us with the best accommodation in one of the most beautiful places for an adventure of a lifetime.

Hello! We are Candace and Frank, the owners of St. John's. We live in Ontario and we fell in love with Newfoundland when we first visited years ago. Since then we have purchased this historic home, right downtown St. John's as a vacation space for our family. We are thrilled to share our very special place with you while you enjoy one such an incredible part of our world.

Why they chose this property

Located on one of the most beautiful streets in St. John's. Directly across the street from LSPU hall, walking distance from bars, restaurants, historical sites, museums, bakeries and more. Magnificent view of the harbour and Atlantic ocean from all 3 levels of the house. Decorated by professional team of designers, the history is captured in this elegant, tasteful, upscale property with all the amenities and so much more.

What makes this property unique

The view, a hot tub, a backyard seating area with fire pit, lots of space in this 3 storey home. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and 3 bathrooms. A luxurious stay, submersed right downtown and walking distance to historic Signal Hill, East Coast trail, the Battery, Quidi Vidi Fishing Village and so much more.
